The standard we are working toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard for stacysatmelrose.com.

Conformance today is partial. We have not finished, and we are not claiming that every page meets Level AA. We are working through known issues and re-testing as we go.

What we are actively remediating

Our current work is focused on the parts of the site people use to buy tickets and plan a night out:

• Visible keyboard focus indicators on every link, button, and form field.
• Page structure and landmarks, including a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Names, labels, and error messages on the ticket checkout and reservation forms.
• Text and control contrast, and meaningful alternative text for event artwork.
• Controls for moving content, so nothing animates without a way to stop it.

This list changes as items are fixed and as testing turns up new ones.

Buying tickets another way

You do not have to use this website to attend a show. Call us at (480) 621-7747 and a person can take your ticket purchase over the phone, answer questions about a specific event, and note anything you need for your visit.

At the venue

If you have a question about getting into or around the building, or about seating for a particular show, call (480) 621-7747 ahead of your visit so we can help you plan.

How we test

We combine automated checks with manual keyboard and screen reader testing. Feedback from guests is part of that process, and reports we receive go into the remediation list above.
